LA Volunteers are the charity’s unparalleled superpower!

LA volunteers are an incredibly special group of people 🤗

Every day they support our mission, they live, breathe and uphold important LA values, whether in delivering peer support to LA service users, representing the charity at events, supporting beneficiary and key stakeholder relationships or when championing the LA cause.

Their experience and expertise are vital in underpinning and advancing the work of the LA. Everything the charity achieves and aspires to achieve is made possible because of their invaluable contributions.

We’re enormously grateful for their compassion and commitment. The LA’s volunteer community has always been and continues to be the charity’s unparalleled superpower.

In this important national Volunteers’ Week, it’s a privilege to be taking time to celebrate them and their volunteering that has a daily positive impact on the lives of others to ensure that no amputee need cope alone. THANK YOU! ♥️

Working with our LA Volunteers each day is a real delight 😊

Our Volunteers constantly go above and beyond, using their lived experience to support other amputees in our community. From volunteering in the LA Kitchen, supporting at events and by providing vital peer support through our LA Volunteer Visitor programme, each and every one of our Volunteers plays a vital role in ensuring that No Amputee Need Cope Alone.

The LA wouldn’t be where it is today without the dedication and support of our Volunteers. On behalf of the LA Volunteering Team – thank you 🙏
