The Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) for East Anglia provide an essential link between the military and civilian communities across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. We do this in a wide variety of ways ranging from supporting reservist’s employers, managing and maintaining our reserve and

cadet sites in the region, encouraging recruiting and liaising with a wide range of local communities, MPs and councils. We aim to be an enduring and essential pillar in the delivery of support for the well-being of the Reserves and Cadets and, through our effectiveness and our position in the regions, to be the independent body that represents their interests and promotes understanding between the Armed Forces and Civil society. In order to maintain effective links with the community, the Association has a broad base of volunteer members drawn from former officers of all three services and cadet forces, representatives from local authorities, local business communities, trade unions and industry. From our Association Headquarters in Chelmsford, Essex East Anglia RFCA helps to achieve its goals with dedicated teams in the following departments:
