🌿 We’re hiring: Waterside Parks and Fisheries Ranger!

Love working outdoors and creating great visitor experiences? This could be the perfect role for you!

As a Ranger, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our Waterside Park running smoothly - from maintaining sites and supporting activities to engaging with visitors and enforcing angling rules and regs. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across retail, maintenance, and customer service.

We’re looking for someone who’s practical, customer-focused, and thrives in an active, outdoor environment. Flexibility (including weekends) and a passion for delivering excellent service are key.

Don’t forget we have the triathlon taking place tomorrow morning (Saturday 16 May) so the cafe hours are a little different.

We are open from 6:30am and closing at 3pm and we will be back to normal on Sunday 17 May.

It will be open at 6:30am and close at 3pm (the kitchen will close at 2pm). We will be offering a limited menu for both breakfast and lunch.

There will be reduced parking on site for the public while the event is taking place.

The site will be back to normal on Sunday 17 May.

📢 Site Closure Notice – Tuesday 12 May

Please note that the entire site will be closed on Tuesday 12 May due to essential roadworks taking place all day.

🚫 For this day only there will be no access to the cafe or the tackle shop.
