We’re really proud to share some good news 🌟

We’ve won two awards at the Northern Housing Awards 2026, recognising the quality of the services we provide.

The first win was for our Repairs Team, recognising the speed, reliability and care our teams show when keeping your homes safe, comfortable and well maintained. The win highlighted strong satisfaction with the team and quick responses when repairs are needed.

Our Wellbeing Team was also a winner on the night, recognising the support we provide to help you live safely, independently and with confidence. This includes early help with challenges and working closely with partners to make sure you get the right support at the right time.

Alongside our two wins, we were also shortlisted for awards recognising our work to deliver new affordable homes, improve digital services, and provide a positive customer experience to be proud of during home improvement works.
