If only words or actions could help portray our gratitude to this amazing women!
We hope that this small gesture would mean a lot to Helen and helps the community see how much of a special, kind lady she really is! The skatepark would never have been a reality without the help and support we received from Helen from the off set of our campaign!

We are all very sad to hear the devastating news that Provost Helen Oswald has lost her fight with cancer. Helen done an outstanding amount of work with the committee to help see the skatepark through to the end. And I think we would all agree that she became more a friend to us all than anything else. She was an outstanding women, who without her efforts the skatepark would still be a dream and not a reality! R.I.P ❤️

Hi Guys,

Due to a number of complaints from the local community, police and council we feel it is our place to have a word with you guys who are down at the skatepark daily!

Firstly, we hope you guys are enjoying using the skatepark as much as we do and we hope that you will use the skatepark in a respectful manner in order to keep it looking as good as it did when we opened the park!

The complaints we received are due to the high amounts of litter being left at the skatepark daily, so we have organised it so that the council have put in more bins for you to use. This appears to be working better so thanks for that. All we ask now is that you respect the park that you are using and please keep using the bins!

Please if anyone has any questions regarding this post or any other matter regarding the skatepark then don't hesitate to message us on here and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
