📣Following on from your feedback in our May Question of the Month, we have agreed to set our next Resident Involvement Meeting for Thursday 11th June at 5:30pm – 7:00pm.

This session will include:

Sgwrs – Meet our publisher
Come speak with the publisher of our newsletter to let them know how you would like Sgwrs to look.

Complaints Policy Update
A HR representative will be joining the meeting to go through the changes in our complaint policy.

STAR Survey - Results
We’ll go through the results of our latest STAR Survey.

We encourage all residents to attend and take part in shaping the services and policies that affect your home and community.

You have the option to attend this meeting in person at our offices or online via Microsoft Teams (video conferencing platform).

🕠Can we kindly ask that if you are attending in the office that you arrive at 5:15pm, and if attending via Microsoft Teams that you log in by 5:25pm so that we can start the session on time.

Please note that refreshments will be available for residents joining us in the office.

Please remember that Bro Myrddin can help with travelling costs if you want to join us at the office but don’t have a vehicle to get you here. Just let us know and a member of our team can arrange transport for you.

📢 Important update for our residents

From 1 June, we’ll be writing to you about some updates to your occupation contract. This is known as a ‘notice of variation’.

These changes come from the Renters’ Rights Act and apply to all residents. They strengthen your rights by including additional protections in your contract, such as:

✅ Protection from unfair treatment if you claim benefits
✅ Protection from unfair treatment if you have children

These protections already exist, but they will now be formally written into your contract.

📄 What you need to do:

When you receive your notice, please keep it safe with your current occupation contract so your records stay up to date.
✔️ You don’t need to take any action
✔️ You don’t need to reply
✔️ You don’t need to contact us
