Carlisle Key We provide knowledge, support and confidence for young people to live independently.

Through our drop-in centre, support worker and team of committed volunteers we deliver practical and personalised services including advice and information, crisis support, and guided pathways to partner agencies. Our short term priority is always to alleviate the distress and hardship caused by problems with housing, finances, homelessness and personal welfare; longer term our goal is to empower

Carlisle’s young people to unlock a happy, secure and independent future, and to take an active and positive role in the community. We offer a Drop-In advice centre, providing face to face advice on :
Homelessness
Money Management
Welfare Benefits
Housing
Employment
Debt
and any other related issues you may have. We can also provide practical help and support in crisis situations in the form of food parcels, clothing, and toiltetries - stocks permitting. We also offer a counselling and supported accommodation service which are both accessed via our drop-in.
