Our goal is simple: to help ensure that older people in our community have access to a hot, nutritious meal, while also providing opportunities to improve their wellbeing and feel more connected.

Come along and have your blood pressure checked by our friendly team. Age UK, Community Pharmacy and the NHS Eden Living Well Team will also be on hand with helpful information for supporting your health.
