Looking for support preparing for GP appointments? 💙

The Autistic Communication Tool is a free resource developed by autistic people, for autistic people. It aims to:

• make it easier to communicate your needs,
• identify any reasonable adjustments, and
• get the most from your GP appointment.

The tool has been developed through a co-design process with the University of Liverpool, drawing on research evidence, the expertise of healthcare professionals and the lived experiences and expertise of autistic patients.
