We are inviting people from across the Powys area to take part in the Local Action group meeting sitting under the Sight Loss Council Cymru.

Trustee Rachael Humphreys is hosting another Zoom support group meeting for those affected by Behçet’s in Wales on Saturday 4 July 2026, from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

The group is open to anyone aged 18 or over living in Wales who is affected by Behçet’s.

Meeting topic: General meeting
This session will be a general support group meeting, where everyone can chat and ask questions. Rachael will guide the discussion based on your input.

Are you passionate about empowering people to live independently after sight loss? We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Vision Rehabilitation Officer (VRO/ROVI) to join our dedicated team!
​In this role, you’ll be on the frontline providing vital training in mobility, orientation, daily living and communication skills to help our service users regain their confidence. ​We need a qualified worker who is energetic, empathetic, and ready to make a real difference in the community.

​Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 FTE
​Flexible Options: Full-time, part-time, or job share considered
