A fantastic start to our Peer Mentoring Programme! ๐ŸŽ‰

Organisations from across Wales joined our first peer mentoring session today to share experiences, learn from one another and build new connections.

The session focused on mental health and wellbeing at work, with the group exploring challenges and practical ways to create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Thank you to our mentor, Paul Billington (Assoc. CIPD), Senior People Partner for Health and Wellbeing at Admiral for sharing his expertise, and to our mentees for their valuable contributions. ๐Ÿ‘
