This is the official page for Wales Coast Path. The Wales Coast Path has been developed by the Welsh Government in partnership with Natural Resources Wales (incorporating the former Countryside Council for Wales), sixteen local authorities and two National Parks. In addition to funding from the Welsh Government and the coastal local authorities of approximately £2 million per year, the Eu
ropean Regional Development Fund allocated nearly £4 million over four years in support of the project. Welsh Government is committed to the long term future of the Wales Coast Path and is funding a new two year programme totalling £1.15 million to further improve the Path during 2013/14. Improvements to the quality and alignment of the route took part during 2012 and 2013 to ensure that the path follows the Welsh coastline as close as it is safe and practical. Over time, the Wales Coast Path is expected to lead to the creation of circular coastal routes as links to the inland towns and villages are improved. Dyma'r Dudalen Facebook swyddogol ar gyfer Llwybr Arfordir Cymru. Datblygwyd Llwybr Arfordir Cymru gan Lywodraeth Cymru mewn partneriaeth â Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru (sy'n ymgorffori Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru gynt), 16 o awdurdodau lleol a dau Barc Cenedlaethol. Yn ogystal â chael tua £2 filiwn y flwyddyn gan Lywodraeth Cymru ac awdurdodau lleol yr arfordir, mae Cronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop wedi clustnodi bron i £4 miliwn dros bedair blynedd i gefnogi’r prosiect. Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi ymrwymo i ddyfodol tymor hir Llwybr Arfordir Cymru ac maent yn ariannu rhaglen newydd gwerth £1.15 miliwn er mwyn gwella’r Llwybr ymhellach yn ystod 2013/14. Cafodd gwaith ei wneud i wella ansawdd ac aliniad y llwybr yn ystod 2012 a 2013 er mwyn sicrhau bod y llwybr yn dilyn arfordir Cymru mor agos ag y bo hynny’n ddiogel ac yn ymarferol. Dros amser, disgwylir y bydd Llwybr Arfordir Cymru’n arwain at greu cylchdeithiau arfordirol wrth i gysylltiadau â threfi a phentrefi mewndirol gael eu gwella.
