Come along and meet some neighbours at our Community Lunch tomorrow, 29 October! There will be a delicious hot main course (with vegetarian option) followed by dessert, all for £5 per person and there's no need to book. 🍲🍽🍴

Wednesday 1st October, 7.00 for 7.15 p.m.: Olwen Williams will talk about Fascinating Fungi. She will take you from the Big Bang, via Pembroke playing fields and Meg’s Mount, to a 9,000 year old, 30,000-ton honey fungus; through all the alcohol we have ever consumed (not to mention the Marmite) and on to Magic Mushrooms on a Welsh moorland.
FREE EVENT but contributions to cover drinks and nibbles and in support of the library are always welcome.

St John's Church is getting ready for an Eco- Festival at the end of September. Come and learn about everything from beekeeping to willow weaving, swish scarves and books and buy home-made cakes and honey.
