Care workers are marching on Downing Street!

📢 UNISON Fair Visa Nation Rally – 10 June

Migrant care workers came to the UK when the care sector desperately needed them. They worked hard. They paid their taxes. They built their lives here. They did everything that was asked of them. Now the government wants to change the rules.

For months, UNISON members have lobbied MPs and made the case for fairness. But Keir Starmer and Shabana Mahmood are still pressing ahead.

Benefits are a vital lifeline for many, especially so if you are a disabled person. Unison Cambridgeshire is asking all our supporters to sign this vital petition, and stop the cruel cuts to those who need it most.

The Government is considering cutting vital support for disabled people. Sign Sense's petition to say no to more cuts for disabled people.

Our international workforce contribute to the economy in more ways than tax, than the 7th richest man in the UK. He lives in Monaco and pays nothing to support vital services such as the NHS or care to the elderly.

💵Will take the wage of a social worker, not the £181,000 package our current General Secretary receives. Andrea’s pay will go up when yours does.

❌Opposes UNISON’s subservience to Starmer’s Labour. UNISON members will come first, not Labour ambitious politicians.

🏦To fully resource branches so we can better support you, giving you access to legal advice when needed.

📋Has and will successfully led campaigns to defend Schools and Council terms and conditions.
