Team Leader
Hours: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment and is committed to improving the lives of others.
What you'll be doing:
· Supporting and supervising a team of care staff across the community.
· Ensuring high standards of care delivery in line with CQC requirements.
· Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals.
· Managing rota cover and responding to care emergencies or shortfalls.
· Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
· Promoting independence, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care.
· On call duties.
What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience in a senior care or team leader role (desirable).
· NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
· A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
· Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required).
