🇺🇸 America250 – Celebrating Friendship Across the Atlantic 🇬🇧
As America250 events take place across the U.S., Calne will be celebrating with Caln Township in spirit.

Over the weekend of 19–22 June, we will proudly fly the Pennsylvania State Flag at the Town Gardens as a simple but heartfelt symbol of friendship and respect.

The flag was unveiled by Cllr Tim Havenith, Chilvester and Abberd Town Mayor 2026-2027

This is the very flag that once flew over the State Capitol in Harrisburg on 2 June 1997—and it is a true honour to raise it again here as we mark this historic milestone together.
