We recently partnered with Bowmer Bond Narrow Fabrics Ltd to design and install a fully compliant, future-ready fire alarm system at their historic textile mill in Ashbourne.

Blending modern fire detection technology with a 150+ year-old building is no small task—but our team delivered a bespoke Category L1 system to ensure maximum protection for people, property, and operations.

This project is a great example of how we help heritage businesses stay safe while preserving what makes them special.

A staggering 99.9% of the entire business population in the UK are SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). An SME is defined as a business with fewer than 250 employees and includes both micro businesses (1-9 employees) and sole traders.

Without small businesses the UK economy would simply not exist.

Midland Fire Security Services falls into the SME category. We are currently hovering around the 50-employee mark and we couldn’t have done this without the exceptional people in our business and the SMEs we work in partnership with.

Another successful project completed for Hilton at St George’s Park

Our team helped transition the hotel’s kitchen from gas to fully electric, upgrading the infrastructure to support new high-performance cooking equipment while working around a live hotel environment with minimal disruption.

A great step towards improved energy efficiency, sustainability and future-proofed operations.

It's been great to work alongside Altitude Safety Ltd on an important project for a local brewery in Burton-on-Trent.

Together, we helped install a gas detection system in a new cold room to protect staff from CO₂ build-up and oxygen depletion — making sure the site stays safe and compliant.

It’s always rewarding to support local businesses, especially in a town with such a proud brewing heritage, A brilliant project to be involved in from start to finish.
