A Million Acts of Hope comes to Burnley today.

South West Burnley Community Action Network is hosting a free Celebrating Hope Fun Day at West End Community Centre this afternoon.

There’ll be live performances, family activities and entertainment, including drumming, cheer performances, a Makaton Choir, young singers, arts and crafts, face painting, balloon modelling, fairground games and more.

FUN DAY - FRIDAY 29th MAY - 1pm-4pm

During the school holiday week at the end of May there’s a brilliant FREE event taking place here at West End Community Centre and using the outdoor performance space on Hargher Clough Park (The Rec, if you’re local!)

There will be free dance and music workshops, craft activities, inflatables, games and more. Come along for a great community afternoon celebrating hope!

This event is being run by the South West Burnley Community Action Network.
