To have a holistic person centred approach which enables and encourages our service users to live a lifestyle of their choosing as far as is practical. We will ensure that all support workers will act in a manner which respects the privacy, dignity and lifestyle of the service users with due regard to their personal circumstances and confidentiality of information relating to the service user. We will maintain a relationship between service users and support workers which give mutual respect, tolerance and understanding and will demonstrate effective non-discriminatory support that embraces and values the diversity of all individuals.

Majestic Care are looking for caring and reliable candidates to cover evening and weekend shifts in either the Burnley or Hyndburn areas.

You'll need your own vehicle for work, and we'll also require satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.

You don't need any prior experience as we will train you along side our experienced staff , all we ask is that you are caring, compassionate and wanting to make life a little easier for our service user's to remain in their own homes.

We are extremely pleased to share that after our recent CQC inspection, we have maintained our rating of Good 🤩.
It’s not yet been published on the CQC website but we would expect this to be available to read on there in the coming days.

We rated good in all areas inspected which are-
•Safe
•Effective
•Caring

• Well-led

Did you know that 37% of older people who are admitted to hospital are also dehydrated.

Someone with dementia may not recognise that they are thirsty, or they may forget to drink.
They may struggle to get themselves a drink or tell you when they are thirsty.

Here at Majestic care our staff are trained in nutrition and hydration and know the signs to look out for and will always try to encourage our service users to drink more.

We’ve also just received a sample box of Jelly drops and will be giving these out to our service users who we feel may benefit.

💧🍬Jelly drops are sugar free, fruit flavoured water sweets made with 95% water and can provide an easy effective way to boost hydration.

*not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties.

You’ll help with personal care, light domestic duties, meal preparation and administering medication.

We’re looking for reliable and caring people to work from 4pm onwards in the Burnley & Padiham areas or the Hyndburn area.

All positions with us include working alternate weekends and you’ll need your own vehicle.

⭐️We recently received some excellent feedback for one of our staff members who is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification in adult care work and was observed by her assessor whilst on a visit. ⭐️

Here’s just a snippet of the feedback we received:

K****’s interaction with the individual was exemplary; showing patience, empathy and a person-centred approach, adapting her communication to meet the individuals needs and supporting them in a calm and reassuring manner.
It is clear she has developed a positive and trusting relationship that promotes independence and dignity.

Last months thank you gift from the management team to one of our members of staff was this little gift set which was delivered to them & there’s another little gift out for delivery today to a deserving staff member.
