This Grade II listed farmhouse and barn have been reimagined with a contemporary slim-profile glazed extension installed by IQ Glass UK Rutland Cranes LTD which open the interiors to sweeping countryside views. 🌿

The design honours the heritage of the original buildings while introducing light, flow, and a new way to experience the space.

The steelwork is up and the roof is on at our Hertfordshire barn extension .

Next up - installing the full height glazing that will flood the space with natural light.

We can’t wait to get the building watertight and remove the scaffolding .

Proposed music and entertainment room housed in a stunning grade II listed barn - complete with custom built 1920’s replica Horn Speakers that sound phenomenal!!!!! We can’t wait to turn up the volume in this epic space.

This glass extension to a London house showcases how much natural light a roof can provide to a space.

Supported internally with , the glass roof is almost entirely frameless. With careful detailing, the glass roof connects seamlessly to the existing building and structure.

The feature reaches out over a dining table below providing practical coverage while maintaining a subtle ambience.

Listed Barn & Farmhouse, .

This sketch is exploring ideas for the glazed link which connects the barn to the main farmhouse and the barn openings.
This link will become a focal entrance point and will create a visual contrast between the two buildings.

We hope you are all recovering from the celebrations that marked the end of #2023 and had an enjoyable

At , we are diving straight into #2024 with some to look forward to like this grade II and farmhouse .

We are currently providing some feasibility design drawings alongside a high level cost plan which will allow our client to make key decisions at this early stage around the scope, budget and phasing of the project.
