Hello, just to let you know that John was extremely professional and did an excellent job at installing my new water softener.
Simon was also really lovely to meet and someone with whom I could talk for hours about everything e.g. football, trains etc. Once again, John was exceptional; very tidy, very neat, methodical and very, very quiet. Thank-you Soft Options start to finish. Simon was helpful and courteous during his visit giving good advice and guidance as to what was my best choice of equipment. John the installation technician arrived at the time I was allocated and ran through the planned work to make sure I was happy with everything, I did request a couple of small changes and they were carried out. Started to notice the difference in water quality within ten days. Delighted with Soft Options and thus far with the equipment installed. I would happily recommend Soft Options.

Good afternoon,

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Phil for fitting the replacement Kinetico tap on Monday and returning today to fit the replacement filter. It was great to deal with a local company that offers excellent customer service. The person who handled the initial call was most helpful also and fixed the appointment for Phil to call. A fast and friendly service.

I understand that you will make contact in circa 12 month’s time in relation to the replacement filter. What service, thank you.

Installation of a New Water 10/10
Excellent initial meeting with Simon very clear with his talk through and recommendation for replacing our very reliable but 20 year old system. Gave a very competitive quote which we were happy with and included some extras which other companies wouldn't consider. Job was done on date arranged and Johns installation was extremely clean and tidy. Used copper instead of plastic, all lagged which was another bonus and assured us of a quality job. A big bonus is how we can monitor the system via an App. I whole heartedly recommend Soft Options Water Softeners.

Bought a house, discovered a branded canister under the sink, called them up, bish, bash, bosh, new system installed. Very slick and efficient throughout. If hard water is breaking your appliances, Soft Options are your best bet.
