Bude Pain Café
📅 Every second Thursday of the month
🕙 10am–12pm
📍 Neetside Community Centre, Bude
Next session: Thursday 10th September
Looking for a relaxed space to talk about living with persistent pain? Bude Pain Café is friendly, informal, and open to anyone living with ongoing pain.
This month, we’re really pleased to welcome Tony Gibbs, Mayor of Bude-Stratton, as our guest.
Tony will be sharing some of his personal experience of managing stress and stressful situations, alongside insights gained from many years of training others in these skills during his military career.
We often talk at Pain Café about resilience – not simply “coping” with pain, but building practical tools that can help us manage difficult days and live as well as possible alongside it. Tony’s experience will bring a really interesting perspective to that conversation.
What to expect:
Chat about different pain-related topics
Advice and insights
Gentle techniques and practical ideas for daily life
A friendly, supportive space to meet others living with persistent pain
☕ Free to attend
No booking necessary – just come along. Everyone is welcome.
