DEPUTY EARLY YEARS LEAD & SENDCo

Are you passionate about early years, enjoy supporting young children to learn and grow, and being part of a friendly, supportive team?

We’re looking for a caring, kind and enthusiastic early years professional to join us as our Deputy Early Years Lead & SENCo

You’ll work alongside our Business Manager and Early Years Lead to help keep our nursery running smoothly, support our wonderful team and make sure we continue to provide a happy, safe and inspiring environment for our children

You’ll also play an important part in supporting our SEND provision, working closely with children, families and other professionals to ensure every child fulfils their potential

We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable, positive and full of ideas, with a genuine love of working with in early years

🌿Hours: 28 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 8.30am–3.30pm
🦔Contract: Part-time, permanent (38 weeks, term time only)
🌿Salary: £13.56 per hour
🍄‍🟫Start date: ASAP
🌿Closing date: Friday 25th September 2026
🐿️Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and at least 2 years’ experience working in an early years setting

🌿🌿LUNCHTIME ASSISTANT / BANK STAFF (Level 2+)🌿🌿

We’re looking for a Lunchtime Assistant to join our team.

🌿The role will include supervising children aged 2 to 4 years in the classroom or outdoor play area during staff lunch breaks to ensure that the children have a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience.
🌿The successful candidate will be a reliable and confident individual with good listening and communication skills.
🌿Potential for more hours to cover training and staff holidays.

Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 1.30pm
5 hours a week

Closing date: Friday 18th September 2026
Start date: October 2026
Job Type: Part-time, permanent (38wks term time only)

What a fabulous day we had celebrating our Class of 2026 graduation🎓

Thank you to our families who joined us this afternoon and for all the lovely gifts and cards this week🌻

To our preschoolers, we wish you all the best starting school. We look forward to seeing those returning and starting Snowys in September📚

With only two weeks left until the end of the summer term, the children had an energetic week with our ‘Get Active’ topic

⚽️Two fun sports sessions with Owen from NCFC Community Sports Foundation
🍓Using our senses with taste, texture and smell with fruits and vegetables
🏆Creating our own World Cup trophies
🍦Sensory play creating ice creams and sprinkles
🌈Hopscotch, tunnels and skipping in the garden
🥒Cafe role play with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits to explore
✏️Trying on school uniforms and looking at photos of the school. Plus another visit from Mrs Chambers from Brundall Primary School

Next week will be warm and lots of sunshine so please remember to bring sun hats and apply sun cream before their session☀️

I’m really pleased to be teaming up with Snowys Nursery and Preschool for a Charity Pub Quiz on Thursday 13th August. Every penny raised on the night will go towards refurbishing their preschool room over the summer holidays, including new flooring and improvements to give the children an even better place to learn and play when they return in September. It’s going to be a proper Ram quiz night too. Expect general knowledge, musical bingo, some ridiculous physical challenges, prizes and a few surprises along the way.

We’ve already got a couple of tables booked, so if you fancy coming along please get your team together and book early so you don’t miss out. Let’s pack the pub, raise plenty of money for a brilliant local cause and have a great night while we’re at it.

Australia 🐨🦘🇦🇺
With this warm sunny weather, what better topic to be learning about than Australia

From the outback to the coral reef, the children have explored the amazing animals and environments in Australia🪸🐠

This week we’ve had lots of water play including the water sprinkler in the garden and looking at the sea creatures that live in the warm ocean🐚🐙

☀️🎢Summer Day Trip🎢☀️

We’ve had the best day at Pettitts Adventure Park today. The children, families and staff had fun on all the rides, train and looking at the animals🚂

It was great to see everyone smiling and enjoying the crazy caterpillar ride together!🐛
