🎥 BBC Midlands Today reporting on today’s High Court hearing against Birmingham City Council and Raise the Colours.

Birmingham City Council’s application for an emergency injunction against Raise the Colours has been adjourned for three weeks.

The High Court judge raised concerns about the limited time the named defendants had been given to seek advice and prepare their cases.

The judge also questioned why an interim injunction was supposedly so urgent when the flagging activity had been taking place for some time—and reportedly described the Council’s evidence as “troubling” because it failed to provide a clear overall picture.

No emergency injunction was granted today. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🙏
