📣CALL FOR STALL HOLDERS FOR CHARITY WELLBEING EVENT 📣

We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday 11th July, we are hosting a Wellbeing Fundraiser Event at Fairfield Village Hall in aid of The Basement Project, our charity that aims to prevent homelessness for young people aged 16-25 in our local community.

We still have a few more stalls available for Health and Wellness businesses. So if you want to join us and connect with the local community, have an opportunity to showcase your business and make a real difference to the individuals that we support, get in touch with Kelly at: [email protected].

We look forward to hearing from you 🙂

Over Easter, West Brom Building Society Bromsgrove branch, have been very kindly fundraising for The Basement Project, in which they raised £50.42 for us! We are really grateful that they chose to support our charity as this could fund a session of specialist support for a young person who may be at risk of homelessness.

Alongside this, they have also been collecting items for our food bank which one of our support workers, Barb, picked up from Sydney at the Bromsgrove branch this week.

We want to say a huge thank you for their generosity and support, it really means a lot to us and the young people we support ❤️

We want to say a huge thank you to Waitrose & Partners Bromsgrove for their donation of £500 to The Basement Project!🙂

Over the years, we have been incredibly grateful for the generosity that Waitrose Bromsgrove has provided us with, as each donation makes such a difference in supporting our services to the young people in our local community.

This donation equates to 16.5 hours worth of support which comes in the form of services like mediation, guidance on how to manage a tenancy, advocacy to help navigate challenges and support to access employment.

We really appreciate that Waitrose has chosen to support us in preventing homelessness for young people in Worcestershire📍

The Basement Project have some new pets… CHOCOLATE BUNNIES!🐰🍫

Last week, our CEO Caleb had a call from JJX Logistics asking if we would like a donation of some Easter chocolate for our clients. We are incredibly grateful for this kind gesture, as a staggering 1780 chocolate Easter bunnies turned up at our front door just in time for the Easter weekend 🐣

Thank you so much JJX Logistics for your generosity, they are going down an absolute treat 🥰

Did you see it...?
Youth homelessness is rising in rural areas, and it is something we see on a daily basis as we support young people across Worcestershire. The issue was discussed in this weeks Countryfile, and we were excited to see that Upstream, a new preventative programme that we are proudly taking part in, was mentioned.
Watch the episode here:

Sean Fletcher and Anita Rani head to St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall after Storm Goretti. They join the race to repair the damage, restore the landscape and reopen this iconic landmark to visitors.
