Thank you to the Committee and village helpers for your time and effort this afternoon moving two massive piles of bark on to the playground with shovels, wheelbarrows and rakes - hope you are all having a glass of something cold tonight and don’t ache too much tomorrow…Also a huge thank you to Sterling Gardens for letting us borrow your amazing team - there is no way we would have got it done without them!

An extra thank you goes out to the Parish Council and East Boldre Educational Trust for helping us pay for the bark 🙏🙏

With lots of beautiful outdoor space and nice little extras like football equipment as well as vintage china available to use at no extra cost!

Happy New Year to all users, regular or occasional, of the School Fields! 😊

We would like to take the opportunity to thank the small group of volunteers who give up their time to manage the site on behalf of the village 🙏

The School Fields management committee hope everyone is enjoying the festive build-up and that the weather will allow lots of people to enjoy the site over the school holidays.

However, we would like to issue a polite reminder that the School Fields is a DOG FREE SITE, including the playing fields. As much as we love our four-legged friends our site includes playing equipment for very young children and we want to ensure it remains a clean and safe area for them to use. There are several signs on site to this effect and we ask users to please respect this.
