We are having our final CLOSING DOWN SALE before we close the garden gate for good.

If you were one of our lovely customers or joined us at our play sessions throughout the years we would love to see you.

I am extremely sad to be closing the book for good but would like to end the chapter with some traditional Home of Play family fun so not only will I be selling lots of wonderful resources there will also be a seasonal photo booth, Pokemon hunt with prize hamper, pocket money games and more!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me throughout the years, your kindness means more than you know.

We hope to see you all on Saturday 17th October 9am - 1pm.

As many of you know I used to run a business called "The Home of Play" which I sadly had to close in 2021. Over the years I have thought many times about re-opening but unfortunately due to my health and family life it is with a heavy heart that I have finally decided to sell everything I no longer need.

I will be holding a pop up shop this Autumn with 100s of items from natural resources, story sacks, pre-loved toys and craft supplies to seasonal clothing, gifts, decorations and even house plants.

I have created a page so I can advertise what I will be selling and keep you all updated.

Looking back at all the wonderful memories we made at The Home of Play before closing in 2021. I can't believe how different it all looks now. We met so many wonderful children and families and made a lot of lovely memories.

Unfortunately, due to my health The Home of Play garden will not be re-opening it's gates again 😞
We do however hope to offer you all something slightly different still authentic and created with the inspiration of encouraging exploration, play and love for nature 💚

The Home of Play will soon be offering open-ended toys, learning resources, story sacks and authentic props for you to explore at home or give your party/ celebration the "real" feel.

While we begin to re-design we would love to know your thoughts 💭
