After such an incredible summer of beautiful sunsets, mindful walks, breathwork, cold water and connection, I’m so excited to be bringing you one final Sunday Sunset Reset before the season comes to an end.

Join me this Sunday 13 September, 6–8pm for two beautiful hours to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and give yourself some much-needed time to simply be.

The summer season at Shoalstone Seawater Pool Brixham has now come to an end and we say goodbye and thank you to the fantastic lifeguard team who have been absolutely brilliant 🙌🏻

Due to very low water levels and ongoing repair work to the external walls this week the pool will remain closed.

We will keep you updated and let you know when it is safe to use again

Please be aware and mindful of very low water levels at Shoalstone Seawater Pool Brixham at present.

The deep end is now 1 metre so strictly no diving or jumping into the pool allowed.

We will keep you updated as we continue to try and resolve the situation.

We are closing the pool again for essential cleaning tomorrow (Wednesday 2nd September)

We will be open again on Thursday the 3rd until the end of the season when we say goodbye to our brilliant team of lifeguards on Sunday the 6th September.

The pool will remain full and accessible through the winter around tides, weather and monthly pool cleans.

Use outside of lifeguard cover is at the risk of each individual.

🌊 MINI SUP — CONFIDENCE & WATER FAMILIARISATION 🏄‍♀️

We’re really excited to be partnering with Shoalstone Seawater Pool Brixham and Signature Sound Therapies as Coastal Kayak Co. continues to grow and expand what we can offer the local paddling community! 🥳💙

Always wanted to try paddleboarding but felt a little unsure about getting out on the sea? Or maybe you’ve got your own board but would like a bit more confidence before heading out?

We’re bringing you Mini SUP Sessions at Shoalstone Seawater Pool — relaxed, informal sessions designed to give you the opportunity to get comfortable on your board, practise some basic skills and ask questions in a safe, sheltered environment.

You’ll have the chance to:

🏄‍♀️ Get comfortable on your board
🧍‍♀️ Practise standing and finding your balance
🏄 Have a go at basic paddling and turning
🌊 Get familiar with being on the water
🛟 Practise falling off and getting back on
😊 Build confidence before heading onto the open sea

No previous experience needed — just come along, bring your board and have a go!
