We are both delighted and excited to share that registration is now open!

We welcome you to a weekend of community and ritual space to share together and on the weekend of the Summer Solstice!

This event will be a special opportunity to reignite your heart through love and fire. During our time we will co-create the essence of being in community by connecting to the ancient ways of sitting around the fire. It is a sacred time to be fully present with where you are and to share with others in a safe and sacred space.

We are delighted to be hosting this event in a new location! Set in four acres of therapeutically designed gardens, Ham Green House has a long history as a healing centre. Its name, from Old English, means “green home” ~ making this gathering feel like a true homecoming, returning once again around the hearth.

$185 – To secure your place!

Please note that this does not include food and accommodation, which you will be asked to pay separately after registration, in the local Sterling currency:

Samhain. Turbulent. This is the time when after the joy of summer the darkness of loss is around us. It’s about loving ourselves, calling on your loved ancestors, community and feeling the loss. I was first introduced to this practice over 25 years ago, when studying Plant Spirit Medicine with Eliot Cowan. He spent many years apprenticing with the Wixárika (Huichol) people of the Sierra madras mountains outside Mexico City . Who loaned their ritual with the western world. This ritual has been with them since time began. We share in community whatever has been on our hearts.

Despite more than 20 illegal interceptions, one vessel, Mikeno, has broken through and reached Palestinian waters. As of most recent communication less than two hours ago, the boat was just a few miles off of Gaza’s coast.

A total of 223 international activists have been detained by the Israeli forces so far, though one vessel, the Mikeno, managed to break through after more than 20 illegal interceptions and reached Palestinian waters.

The Sacred Fire 🔥 as done in the Huichol tradition.

I was first introduced to this practice over 25 years ago, when studying Plant Spirit Medicine with Eliot Cowan. He spent many years apprenticing with the Wixárika (Huichol) people of the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico and had received ancestral permission from them to share this ancient ritual with us.

The Wixárika elders have lent us this fire practice in the hope that it will help us here rekindle a deeper relationship to ourselves, each other and to the land and natural world. In exchange they’ve asked for Firekeepers to undergo a specific training/initiation and to follow a particular protocol when making the offerings to show our respect and gratitude.

Spending time around the fire in this way deeply touched my heart, and after many years I became a Fire keeper over 10 years ago. When I was initiated I vowed to hold fires every month as a life time commitment to serve my community and share the medicine of fire.

Making offerings to the fire (wood, cacao, to***co and copal- which I will provide) opens up a deeper dimension to the Fire Energy that connects us to our hearts.

Each offering honours a direction:
Wood in the West (setting sun) is about letting go and transformation.
Copal in the East (rising sun) calls in new beginnings.
To***co in the North helps us receive wisdom and guidance.
And Cacao in the South gives us strength, courage and joy.

It helps us let go of our stress and feel whatever has been on our hearts so it can move and shift.

It’s a relaxed, safe and a transformative evening sitting by the fire:
We start by making offerings, then we have a check in, and may play some music or sing a bit towards the end. It would be lovely to see you there! ♥️ love Carole
