Winters Lane (outside Goblin Combe Farm) will be closed on 9 September, 9.30am-2.30pm.

We've just been told the Mobile Library won't be visiting Wrington today, due to driver sickness. Please pass this on to anyone you know who uses the service.

The Mobile Library will be running from a temporary vehicle on 19-21 August. It will run to the usual timetable but the service will be reservation Click & Collect only, with very minimal stock for browsing. Please pass this on to anyone you know who uses the service.

A38 Churchill Junction – you may experience some delays/disruption on 3 August, 8.00pm-6.00am, while the existing traffic lights are replaced with a temporary system which will then operate during the next phases of the scheme.

School Road (entire length) and Long Lane (from School Road to The Pound) will be closed for 4 days from 10 August, 9.00pm-6.00am.

Come along to the Memorial Hall this Saturday for a night of music from the fantastic Mendip Swing Big Band - all in aid of the Memorial Hall. Only £10 a ticket. Bar available and you can bring along your own food. Tickets can be bought in advance from local shops, the Parish Council office or by calling Marshall on 01934 863285, or you can buy them on the door.
