It's nearly time!

The Meadows rainbow run takes place this Friday after school 🌈🌈

Attached is the running schedule for the event. Please send children into school with an old white t-shirt that they can change into at the end of the day. Children will then be dismissed as usual and there will be some time to find a spot to sit (bring a picnic blanket) and look at the stalls before our first wave at 4pm. Children need to head to the registration desk 10 minutes before their wave time to join the fun warm up 🥳

Don't forget goggles or glasses must be worn by all those taking part 🕶️

If you still need to sign your child up, we've extended the deadline but hurry!

Another school year is underway and we have our first PTA event fast approaching , the Rainbow Run taking place on the 18th September 🌈

All children who wish to take part will need to be registered on PTA events (even if you registered for the July event you will need to reregister).To register your child please use this link

🌟 Welcome Back to The Meadows Primary School🌟

A huge, warm welcome to all our returning families and a special shoutout to our new joiners! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our wonderful Meadows community.

As many of you know, the Meadows Primary School PTA is a charity dedicated to enriching the experiences of all our children. We could not do this without the amazing support of our volunteers from the school and parent community. 🙌

The PTA and School have taken the difficult decision to postpone this Friday's Rainbow Run.

With an amber weather warning in place and temperatures forecasted to be 34 degrees, we have to think about the safety of all those attending.

We know that the children will be disappointed, so the good news is that this is just a postponement and we have rescheduled for the 18th of September.

We can't think of a better way to bring the school together for the start of the school year! 🤩

We will also be inviting our current year 6 children back to take part 😁

Further communications will be circulated this week, with info on how to register children for the new date on PTA events and for parent volunteers to sign up online.

Remember this is coming up tomorrow!! 🌈

⭐️ Crazy Hair Day Rescheduled ⭐️

As per the message from school the Crazy Hair Day planned for tomorrow has been rescheduled and will now take place on Friday 3rd July.
We understand that there maybe some disappointment but we hope everyone that can will take part next week. We are sorry that EYFS won’t be able to join in this time as they have an exciting school trip next Friday.

We're delighted to have Meels from JNPT gym in Bitton leading each class through a fun warm up before they take on the Meadows rainbow run 🌈

Meels provides children's holiday clubs and coaches Hyrox youngsters at JNPT - an after-school club for primary and secondary children, which is proving a big hit!
