We’re Hiring: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Here at Kings Weston House, we have a very exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team. This is the perfect role for a creative chef who enjoys developing menus, building kitchen systems, and leading a team from the ground up. 👨🍳✨
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a brand-new menu aligned with our vision
• Recruit, train, and lead your own kitchen team
• Oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining high food quality and consistency
• Manage suppliers, ordering, stock control, and food costs
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Work closely with management to build a profitable and efficient kitchen operation
• Lead additional projects including events, menu development, and operational improvements
Requirements:
✔️ Experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Experience creating and costing menus
✔️ Knowledge of supplier management and stock control
✔️ Excellent time management
✔️ Food Hygiene Certification (Level 2 or higher preferred)
✔️ A genuine passion for great food and kitchen innovation
