No final decisions have been made. Feedback from people who use services, families, carers, staff, partners and residents will help shape final proposals before recommendations are considered next year.

There will also be drop-in sessions across the city in October where you can ask questions and share your views.

Meet your new and improved kerbside recycling containers!

Households across the city on kerbside collections are starting to receive brand new recycling containers - helping everyone recycle more for Bristol.

Keep putting your containers out on your normal bin day and Bristol Waste Company will get to you between now and November.

The Youth Climate Action Fund is back for 2026, with nearly £40,000 available to support youth-led projects in schools and colleges across the city.

Grants of £800 to £3,500 are available for young people aged 14 to 21 in education to lead projects that tackle the climate and ecological emergency.
