Buckley Court is supported housing for deaf and deafblind adults who want to develop independent living skills before moving on to live independently. At Buckley Court we have a team of experienced support workers who work with tenants to support them to achieve their goals and improve their independence. We can support people to develop their skills in areas such as budgeting, a tenancy, finding employment and other everyday life skills. Buckley Court is a building containing eight one-bedroom flats as well as communal areas and a garden. Support workers are based in an office within the building. Tenants meet with support workers regularly to work on achieving the goals they have set in their support plan. When our tenants are ready to move into fully independent living we support them through the process of finding a new home and settling in.
