We have 2 drainage reactive/survey engineers who will be able to cover the above post codes. We aim to attend all unblocks within a 2 hour window. We also works closely with Lanes Cardiff and Lanes Bristol so will be able to provide a tanker unit when required.
I then have 1 drainage repair crew who carry out all drainage repairs such as drain lining, patch lining and excavation repairs.
I have 1 water crew in also covers the same post codes. With water we always aim to resolve the issue on the first visit.
My water crew have the skill set to carry out all repairs includes re-moiling , isolated repairs, cut and caps ( isolates area of leak) acoustic testing, internal plumbing when required.
Following the initial visit ( CCTV/Drainage or water investigation) we have a 5 day window we meet to stay within the SLA, this target is always met.
