Today in Parliament, there was a debate about Britain's voting system and whether it's still fit for purpose (spoiler alert: it's not).

It’s not a system built to deal with the big challenges we face. No wonder it keeps failing.

We need more than just a new leader. We need system change: Proportional Representation now.

It's official: Andy Burnham has been elected as the new MP for Makerfield.

A longtime advocate for electoral reform, he will join the growing ranks of Proportional Representation supporters in Parliament.
