We think that Bristol City Council should have installed a "Square Roundabout" at the bottom of Newbridge Road instead of the current scheme of road-narrowing and Traffic Lights!

With the Local Elections coming soon, we will be setting up our campaign HQ behind the new fence erected at the former Wyevale Garden Centre. Unfortunately, toilet facilities are now limited due to the trees & bushes being chopped down!

Last week we saw a very old picture of the railway cutting between Wick Road and Langton Court Road which was originally a Tunnel.

Our alternative suggestion to the closure of the Langton Court Road bridge is to reinstate the railway tunnel. It would then be possible to build more houses on top of it. This approach has been adopted in the Swiss City of Geneva. Concrete sides and top and "Pre-Fab" houses erected above the railway tracks.
