When you close your supporting set für ze at ze Electric Brixton und invite ze beautiful audience to join in on an almighty collective moment of emotional catharsis to feel some Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl. WHAT’S GOING ON?!!! The vorld is collapsing as ve sing. It doesn’t have to be zis vay. Oil-loving, power-hungry, technocratic billionaires are ruining our democracy, truth, und our beautiful planet. Ze corruption HAS TO SCHTOPP!! Question everything, choose HOPE ❤️

For zhose who got to ze end. Zis vos ze statement I shouted to finish mein set. No one captured it because zhey were busy singing und shouting, but I feel ze need to state vot I said, because I believe it vis all mein heart. Und it took guts. As performers are being cancelled from multi-million pound vorld tours, und uzzer performers are dropping out to make ein stand. It’s important und RIGHT to be vocal on stage. Zhat’s the point of being ein artist. Ze crowd we’re vis me vis every single vord I said… und ze cheer filled me vis strength. FREE PALESTINE 🇵🇸🕊️❤️

Vot ein honour to become one of ze artists to join ze The Dresden Dolls🎹🥁 in zheir legendary duet für zheir song DELILAH. “No pressure” Amanda Palmer 🎹 said beforehand 🥰 Each artist brings zheir own take on zis dark tale of ein friend who perpetually makes bad choices und falls in love with abusive men. A dreaded cycle of twisted abuse. Poor Delilah. I hope I did it justice ja?! ❤️‍🩹 Zhese beautiful shots vere taken by Michael McComiskey who is part of ze Team Amanda tour crew. Ze whole crew vere ein delight to verk vis, von schtart to ze finish. Dream Team. Danke Delilah 🙏
