Tuesdays with Abi from 5pm to 5.45pm at Bridport Leisure Centre.
This skill-focused class is designed to help you move more efficiently, confidently, and powerfully through each HYROX station. πͺ
Each week we break down one station on a rolling schedule, refining technique, improving pacing, and building station-specific strength and endurance. ποΈββοΈ
Perfect for all levels, whether youβre new to HYROX, preparing for your first race, or chasing a new PB.
