Why are martial arts so good for children? There are so many reasons, but at the start of the year, we present you with three really good ones!

"Die Welt steht Kopf" is a German idiom that translates to "the world is turned upside down" or "the world has gone mad". It describes a situation where things are completely chaotic, illogical, or have turned out contrary to what is normal, expected, or right.

A good escape from all this is to train in a martial art. The best would be the art of Jiu-Jitsu, which is the oldest "mixed martial art".
