Emotional day yesterday saying goodbye to the wonderful staff, children and parents of Wick playgroup. I have had the most fantastic 9 years running playgroup where I have worked with fantastic staff and countless amazing children that I have watched grow and develop over the years, it has been a privilege to have worked in this lovely playgroup and I will miss all the staff, parents and children so much, I would like to thank everyone for all their support over the years especially the wonderful staff, also all the parents for your beautiful words and gifts. I wish the new team, Charlotte, Gemma,Helen and Ruth all the very best for the future Wick and District Playgroup. Love and thanks to you all.

I Would like to inform parents that within playgroup we have had a sickness bug going around also croup and a suspected case of Scarlet fever. Symptoms of croup is a barking like cough, Scarlet fever symptoms are a raised temperature, bad throat, swollen glands, rash and flu like symptoms. Please if you children have any symptoms keep them of playgroup until they are fully recovered and if you are not sure please contact a GP for advice.

Playgroup will be open again tomorrow from 9.15-12.15, back to full hours on Thursday 6th. Looking forward to hearing all your Christmas stories, see you all in the morning x

Playgroup has been very busy this term, we have been learning lots of writing skills, baking lovely cakes and filling Mandy up with plenty coffee that she really enjoyed. Roll on next term with all our Christmas fun. Enjoy the photos x
