We’re transforming the old Dwr Cymru Welsh Water site in Cefn Cribwr into 16 affordable homes!

It’s been an eyesore for years, so we’re making use of the empty site to deliver:

- Eight one-bed flats
- Eight two to four bed homes
- Family play areas, active travel routes and easy access to shops and bus stops.

We want to make sure the impact of the development is felt by the whole community, so we’re reinvesting:

- £11,700 in local initiatives through our community benefits fund
- £20,000 to improve local outdoor sports and public transport facilities.

It was great to meet over 20 of you in the Three Horseshoes Pub last week to discuss the site plans! Now we need your help:
