📮 **Post Office Update**

Just a quick heads-up that our Post Office may be intermittently unavailable over the coming weeks while we recruit and train additional colleagues.

New colleagues need to complete the required Post Office vetting process before they can begin their training, so unfortunately there may be occasions when we don’t have a trained colleague available to provide Post Office services.

We appreciate this can be inconvenient, particularly if you’ve made a journey specifically to use the Post Office, and we’ll always aim to have the service available whenever we can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we get more colleagues trained.

📢 Polite Reminder – Disabled Parking Bays

To help ensure our store remains accessible for everyone, we kindly ask customers using the disabled parking bays to ensure their Blue Badge is clearly displayed when parked.

The parking spaces nearest the front entrance are intended for customers with disabilities and reduced mobility, helping to provide safe and convenient access to the shop.

We occasionally receive concerns regarding the use of these spaces. However, many disabilities are not visible, and we ask everyone to avoid making assumptions about another person's circumstances.

We respectfully ask that customers do not challenge other customers regarding their use of disabled bays. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the store team and we will do our best to assist.

We also ask all visitors to use these spaces considerately so they remain available for those who need them most.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping make Brae Co-op welcoming, inclusive and accessible for everyone.
