Today we are sharing a healthy pasta recipe – because eating well doesn’t have to be complicated!

Wholegrain pasta with spinach and tomato.
Serves 1-2 people.

How to make it:

1) Cook wholegrain pasta according to the packet instructions.
2) In a separate pan, sauté garlic, chopped spinach, and cherry tomatoes in olive oil.
3) Stir in a spoonful of tomato puree and season to taste.
4) Toss the pasta in the sauce and finish with grated parmesan.

Simple, nourishing, and ready in minutes!

🌿 Memory & Wellbeing Festival - Community Engagement 🌿

Today we had the pleasure of attending the Memory and Wellbeing Festival organised by Bracknell Forest Council, where we were proud to raise awareness and represent our services within the local community 💙

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with a wide range of organisations, including care homes, Dementia UK, Bracknell Forest Council, Adult Social Care, Age UK, and the Alzheimer’s Society.

We took the time to speak with many individuals, share information about what we do, and provide our leaflets to those who may benefit from our support. It was truly inspiring to see so many people coming together to support those living with memory problems and promote wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone we spoke with today - we look forward to building strong community connections and continuing to make a difference 🤝

2. Be kind to yourself.
3. Rest and switch off – take regular breaks and prioritise sleep.
4. Ask for help when you need it.
