We had a great day last Saturday at Reading Pride 🌈

Teams including SUN, Op COURAGE and Research & Development, alongside our Health Bus and Sexual Health team, helped make the day a great opportunity to connect with our communities.

The day gave us the chance to reflect our commitment to inclusion, equality and respect. We want everyone who works for, uses or comes into contact with Berkshire Healthcare services to feel welcomed, valued and able to be themselves. 💙

Starting therapy and wondering if you're making progress?💭

Ongoing treatment can look different from week to week, and that's completely okay.

📌 Save this for a reminder during your therapy journey

💙 Building trust with your therapist can take time
💙 Regular sessions and taking part can help you build practical tools
💙 Some weeks will feel better than others — that doesn't mean therapy isn't working
💙 You're the expert in your own life, and your therapist is there to support you with the right skills and expertise

🌟 Progress isn't always obvious. Keep going at your own pace, and talk to your therapist about what's working, what isn't, and what support you need.
