The air feels lighter, the noise fades away, and somehow even standing still feels like moving forward.

These women inspire, uplift, and truly motivate me 🤍

I’ve now done 7 in Portugal, and every single one has been something special.

From walking & pilates, to yoga and manifesting, mindset, and fitness food and mindset every experience leaves its mark.

But what really makes it unforgettable is the connection.

The friendships, the laughter, the sense of support… it’s unlike anything else. And the best part? It doesn’t matter your age or where you’re starting from.

Being surrounded by such kind, encouraging, and empowering women is something I’ll never take for granted 💛

Thank you to every incredible woman who makes these retreats what they are. We really do refill our cups together.

After every storm, there’s a rainbow 🌈

The past few months I’ve been hiking a lot less than I’d like, but the pull toward the outdoors and adventure has never really left me.

Moments like this feel even more special because of that, quiet reminders of where I feel most at home.

🎶 You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are grey, you’ll never know dear how much I love you. 🎶

I’ll never forget you singing that to me, Dad, it’s a memory I’ll carry forever.

Today would have been your 76th birthday, and I can’t help but imagine how we’d be celebrating together. People say time makes things easier, but the truth is, I still miss you just as deeply.

I often find myself wondering how different life would feel if you were still here. It’s hard knowing how much of my life you’ve missed, and all the wonderful moments and the amazing extended family you never got the chance to meet. Even though you’re not here, I know you’d be proud of the things I’ve had to overcome, the challenges I’ve faced, and everything I’ve achieved.

Life has a way of reminding us how precious and fragile it is. It teaches us to hold our loved ones close, to take chances, and to truly appreciate every moment, because everything can change when we least expect it.

You’re always on my mind and forever in my heart.
Happy birthday, Dad.

Thank you for being not just an incredible father, but also a true friend and the best role model I could have ever hoped for.🤍

Still on a high from RWL Live Manchester 💫

Yesterday was my very first event in the UK, and I genuinely loved every moment.

From high-energy band sessions with to slow, grounding Pilates and meditation with 🧘‍♀️

There’s something so special about being in a room full of incredible women, familiar faces from friends from Instagram, and new connections all coming together in such a supportive, uplifting space 🌿

Amazing food by The best energy all day, and a chance to properly switch off and enjoy some much-needed me time 💖

So grateful to be part of the RWL community… already counting down to the next Manchester Live event in June ✨

We all want quiet, we all want beauty and we all want space 💫

The outdoors is somewhere I go to relax, to switch off from the world and reconnect with myself.

I’ve no idea what I was thinking when this photo was taken, as I look at it and think there is a sense of determination in my face, along side a lot of contemplation.

What I do remember about this day, was we had a day of adverse weather, it was challenging and it was tough, but we kept going, motivated each other and we completed it. I was left with huge sense of achievement and most importantly every step was worth it because I had fun.

This is your Monday morning reminder that sometimes the road in front you isn’t easy, but it will be worth it in the end! Keep going!

Hello Deer 💫

The weather surprised me on my little afternoon adventure as headed over to Dunham Massey, as I was all prepared for rain.

It’s the first time I’ve visited here in summer and the most deer I’ve come across whilst in the park.

I couldn’t help but stand and watch as they happily grazed away without a care in the world. It was so peaceful.

Earlier this year I had my first Scottish adventure and what an incredible time it was, I can’t wait to head back up their some point in the not so distant future and explore more of the beautiful mountains. 💫
