We are still seeing an increase of counterfeit notes over our counter.

Most of these appear to be ‘prop money’ and have had a holographic ‘sticker’ placed over the wording.
One way to check is to see if the hologram ‘peels off’ like in this picture.

These notes are very good and pretty good quality so can be hard to spot.
