Youth Councillors from Elstree and Borehamwood Youth Council said:
The Museum is a great way of finding out about the history of the area, and it’s interactive so interesting to all ages, even children.
A volunteer from Elstree and Borehamwoood Museum said:
“The arrival of the railway at Elstree and Borehamwood changed the town forever. From being a rural community on the outskirts of London, the area developed quickly thanks to the transport links with the capital which is one of the reasons why it later became the epicentre of British Filmmaking.”
The “All Change!” Exhibition takes place at Elstree and Borehamwood Museum, 96 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1EB
The Museum is open Tues-Thurs 12-6pm and Sat from 10am to 3pm.
Entry to the Museums and the competitions is free.
