🏛️ Hertsmere is opening its doors for Heritage Open Days!

For the first time, we’re taking part in England’s largest festival of history and culture – celebrating some of the incredible heritage right here in our borough.

Bushey Rose Garden – discover the story behind this historic garden, created through the collaboration of artist Sir Hubert von Herkomer and landscape architect Thomas Mawson. Guided tours run hourly from 10am to 3pm.

Aldenham School – explore more than 400 years of history and a fascinating collection of historic and listed buildings. Tours take place at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.

Why not make a day of it? Start at Bushey Rose Garden before heading to Aldenham School for an afternoon tour.
