Many congratulations to Cpl Gill Gallagher, formerly one of our Bombardiers and now one of our excellent chefs, who recently competed in the UK Armed Forces Equestrian Association Dressage Championships at Weston Lawns Equestrian. Our CO and 2IC visited to watch Cpl Gallagher in action.

Riding her horse Arctic Cello (affectionately known as Archie), Cpl Gallagher competed in four classes and did brilliantly across the board, finishing the event as the winner of the novice Dressage level.

There are some amazing opportunities for female soldiers to get involved in Army Sport, and those with talent and determination can excel at the highest levels of Army and Interservice competition.
